FAQ - Ordering

	How can I order your games? To order our games, just click the "Get Full Version Now" buttons or links. You will then be redirected to ordering information page. Follow the instruction in this page to order online or through telephone, fax or postal mail (check).
	Is it safe to order online using my credit card? Yes, the whole registration process is managed by Register Now! (www.regnow.com), a trusted registration company located in Issaquah (Washington, USA) which uses secure server and encrypts your credit card information for security reason.
	Can I order through telephone/fax/postal mail (check)? Yes. Just use the same link as link for ordering online, and you will find options for some other payment methods, including telephone, fax and postal mail (check). Please follow the following steps: First, follow the instruction in the order form and select the payment method that you want. Then you must fill some information online (such as full name, address, game to buy, etc), but you won't be asked to enter vital information such as your credit card number. Once you complete the form, you will be assigned an "order id". Second, you only need to mention the assigned order id to complete your payment. For example, if you choose to order through telephone or fax, you only need to submit your credit card information and this order id. And if you order using check through postal mail, you only need to send your check with your assigned order id. RegNow will recognize the information you submitted online before and assign it with your later payment. This way you will save time and energy since you don't need to send all information through telephone, fax or mail.
	Do you accept international orders? Yes, it's not different accepting orders from US or other countries as well. You can use various methods to order our games such as using credit card, telephone, fax or check through postal mail. Just make sure to provide a correct email address when ordering so that we can send you the full version copy without problem.
	I have placed an order to buy one of your games, but I was not sent the full version copy yet. This usually happens when someone ordering our game enters an invalid email address. So we can't reach him/her to send the full version copy. If you haven't received your full version copy after 24 hours, please send us an email to confirm. And if your previous email address doesn't seem to be working well, please provide an alternate email address so that we can send you the full version copy immediately.
